Ashwini Rudraraju - (Managing Director)

Ashwini Rudraraju is the Managing Director of Insta Minerals. She sketches the vision of the organization on a global scale, providing the way forward in overseeing systems, ensuring compliance with legal / statutory obligations as well as implementing policies in risk management and quality assurance. Recognized as an accomplished entrepreneur with a remarkable business acumen, she has been integrating skills from several business backgrounds to bring about a proactive approach in business development, innovation, change management and governance. Ashwini Rudraraju has a Master’s in Business Administration perfectly complimented by a qualification in Marketing Management and Hr Marketing. She has worked extensively worldwide and is esteemed as a notable, socially responsible personality in diverse communities across Canada and India.

Mr. Simha Varma - (Managing Partner)

Professionally qualified B. Tech in Mining Engineering (Mineral Engineering and Exploration) & is having 5 years of experience in Western Coalfields Ltd and mineral Industry i.e. Coal, Quartz, Limestone, Chromite, Bauxite, Iron Ore, Mn Ore and Minerals Sands. Simha Varma has held key positions Various companies. He has vast experience in detailed geological investigation, Ore body modelling & preparation of geological report, Mine Planning & scheduling using mining software. He has been associated with Mineral Sands Industry since more than 5 years from exploration stage to bankable feasibility report preparation. Have relation with Indian School of Mines (ISM) Dhanbad and Mining Engineers Association of India (MEAI).

He manages the minerals business through two strategic business units. Insta Minerals Canada, based in Ontario, Canada oversees the international business. Insta Minerals, India represents the Indian operations of the Group.
